Yesterday in the PS I sent an idea for Ecomflow on how to automate Authority and Dependency. If you click this button, this is a quick demo on how it could work. We could add it to a cron job and make it generate these automatically, but for the sake of this, just click the button.
This scouts the internet for 3PL news using Google Search grounding, generates blog posts with Gemini 3 Pro, and creates header images. Total cost shown above.

awwwards.comI worked with Awwwards on two things: new product and growth leverage, helping them monetize their community in a meaningful way that felt organic for them.
Step one was helping them become profitable after Covid by filling out their Awwwards events using Google and Facebook ads.
Step two was focusing on a high-leverage launch of Awwwards Masterclasses, which added €387,271 to their bottom line in the first run. Each class ran at $1,500 for 8 weeks. There's data from the dashboard I can share, but with what we have here it's not hard to calculate.
Domestika
domestika.org/plusAt Domestika my main role was Product. I launched Domestika Certificates (killed) and Domestika Plus, an "Audible for courses" for creative people, which became the company's core product. Funny enough, that's also the reason why I left.
CG Master Academy
cgmasteracademy.comProbably the company I worked with the most. I was their Marketing Director focused on product-led marketing. Helped grow from their first million up to $4M+ to acquisition by Domestika.
A few mentions from the hundreds of experiments: built core features of Unity, their LMS, with the team at Shakuro.
Built a full mini-course funnel that is probably still one of the best in the industry.
Prime Performance Labs
Prime Performance Labs is a project from ex-execs at Google, Apple, Asics, Nike, and WHO. They focus on performance and neuroscience for leaders in high-stress environments.
I helped them shape the product from the ground up and built their health dashboard.
I think this gives a brief intro about my journey in corporate. I could share more but don't want to make this super long.

Cerebro
heycerebro.comProbably my favorite project to this day. Started as an MVP using Obsidian and the ChatGPT API.

This product was very interesting because it got the attention of Shaan Puri
Turned into a product. I believe it's still the only product that can process 1M+ tokens and handle it like nothing. Cerebro is basically Notion + a second brain. It also literally means "brain" in Portuguese.
Showroom Design
showroomdesign.coThis is a partnership with friends. I handled MVP, design, and code.
We built our own internal tools, using YOLO and SAM for detecting furniture and Stable Diffusion to remove and clean up the space. And it's able to add actual furniture store furniture in the customer's room, instead of AI hallucinations.

This was a utility tool I built for myself. Just a Chrome extension + a simple webpage that would save and automatically organize bookmarks in a more visual way. It also had a discovery feed for anyone who wanted to make their bookmarks public.

Funny enough, I tested a few TikTok organic for Glowtap and the video did better on xiaohongshu.com than IG. Go figure.
My goal behind these was to get familiar with Swift because I want to build a B2B2C product that I believe can do pretty well, based on all the data.

Orbit on SteamIf you're curious: I used to own a studio called Metastudio that owned smaller game studios like Orbit Games. We did our own indie games as well as some games for Atari.
I completely failed this business.
